Citrino

Three fronts,
one house.

Wealth management, alternative assets and value-added concierge, under a single partnership. Access runs from a full family office mandate to a single strategy.

CitrinoPartnership

An investment house founded in 2013 to look after the wealth of one family. Today it is a partnership: a firm independent of the families it serves, owned by the executives who run each of its areas.

In Wealth, the assets of families who are shareholders in two large Brazilian industrial groups. In Asset, individuals and institutional investors who put money directly into the firm's strategies, alongside corporate venture capital mandates from Totvs and Prio, run by Citrino Ventures.

In-house teams across portfolio management, operations, research, technology and concierge.

What we doThree fronts

Three fronts under one partnership.

01

Wealth Management

Portfolio construction guided by discipline, process and evidence. Customised mandates, onshore and offshore.

Wealth Management

Families, under a management mandate

02

Value-added Concierge

Succession, family governance and preparing the next generation, plus access to the firm's people for families still running the operating business.

Value-added Concierge

Families, beyond the portfolio

03

Citrino Asset · Alternatives

Illiquid strategies run in house: private equity, venture capital, special situations and corporate venture capital.

Citrino Asset

Families and investors, with or without a mandate

Inside the houseWho does what

A whole house, not a desk.

Who sources

Opportunities arrive from proprietary research, from client families, from the managers the firm allocates to, from outside advisers, from the banks the firm is a client of, and from the corporate venture capital funnel. Access is accumulated relationships, not a research subscription.

Who judges

A multidisciplinary team, with people who have run real companies and a buy-side bias. An operator's judgement, not a spreadsheet's. We invest. We don't advise.

Who researches

Proprietary macro and micro analysis, checked against people inside the industries. Own models, and conversations with people the firm respects.

Who operates

Reconciliation, reporting and documentation. The infrastructure that makes every decision traceable.

Who looks after

Structure, succession, tax and the day-to-day of a family's wealth.

The funnel is a single one. What arrives through the corporate mandates reaches the families, and what the families see reaches the corporations.

And a family still running a business finds people here who have run one, available to think it through.

PeoplePartnership

Four partners, one at the head of each area.

All four are here full time. None splits management with another firm. All invest alongside clients.

Between them: someone who has run a company, someone who has raised capital, someone who runs portfolios, and someone who closes the books.

AlignmentIncentives

We look after your wealth the way we look after our own.

The partners' own capital sits in the same theses presented to the families. And the portfolio composition starts from the client's objective, not ours.

Partnership

The firm receives no rebates, embeds no spreads and is not paid for selling product. It is paid by the client, on terms agreed with the client.
